Dave Shipp holds a B.S. in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University. His early career was spent in the commercial construction industry where Dave achieved great success as a Project Manager, Chief Estimator, Pre-Construction Director and On-Site Superintendent.

This experience was invaluable to Dave and his future success as a highly respected residential contractor in Southern California. The sophisticated systems he brought with him are utilized for document control, scheduling, budget and constructability analysis and are paramount to his continued success.

Dave prides himself on his hands-on approach and daily involvement in every project the company undertakes. By working closely with each Owner and their team of consultants, Dave insures that each project is completed on time and within the established budget.
